The form below points at a HubSpot demo form whose consent is captured natively — an implicit processing notice plus a communication consent checkbox bound to the General updates subscription. The question this page answers: does our own form renderer display that consent block at all?

What to look for, below the Housing and planning tick: a paragraph beginning "By submitting this form...", a tickbox beginning "Yes, I'd like to receive .id's email updates...", and a line about unsubscribing. If those three are missing, the renderer cannot see native consent and it has to be built.

The Housing and planning tick is a plain contact property, included as a control — it should render normally.
