The form below points at a HubSpot demo form whose consent is captured natively — an implicit processing notice plus a communication consent checkbox bound to the General updates subscription. The question this page answers: does our own form renderer display that consent block at all?

What to look for, below the Email field: the consent tick reading "Notify me of upcoming briefings, new data and research from Informed Decisions", and the line "We keep your data secure and respect your preferences. See our Privacy Policy."

Updated 24/09/2026 to the new consent wording. The Housing and planning control tick and the unsubscribe line have both been removed from the HubSpot form, so they should no longer appear.
