Forecast and Forecast Data has the meaning in clause 6.
.id Products means the online products created by .id for clients and includes: Community Profile, Social Atlas, Population Forecast, Economic Profile, Housing Monitor and Community Views.
Insights refers to the section of our Website at id.com.au/insights, which provides access to content, information, analysis and resources created by .id (including reports, articles, data insights and recordings or replays of webinars).
Insights Subscription Services means Insights and any subscription communications such as the .idInsights monthly e-newsletter and other related updates or online resources provided by .id.
Registered User means a person who has registered on this Website to access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Forecasts (including those delivered via forecast.id® or Housing Monitor) are prepared with care but are subject to uncertainty and change. Factors such as changes to ABS Data, or economic, political, environmental or legal developments, may affect accuracy. Actual results may differ materially from a Forecast.

By using Forecasts, you acknowledge that Forecasts are indicative only and not a guarantee of future outcomes. You must not represent to third parties that Forecasts are official, certain, or endorse predictions.

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranty and accept no liability in respect of Forecasts.

8. Intellectual Property Rights & Attribution Requirements for Replication

This Website, its design, layout, code and content (including .id Products and Insights and Subscription Services) are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights owned by .id or our licensors.

ABS Data: This Website uses data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). .id changes and organises this data to create the content and products you see here. The ABS owns the original data and its copyright, while .id owns the copyright in the way it has modified and presented that data on this Website. You can access original ABS data at www.abs.gov.au under the terms published on the ABS website.

Map providers: Where our Website uses third-party map data (for example, HERE Maps), your use of that map data is covered by the relevant provider's end user terms and policies.

9. Attribution requirements if you replicate Website Content

You may use small extracts of Website Content for non-commercial purposes, provided you include clear attribution as set out below. Small extracts means limited portions that do not reproduce an entire data set, table or graphic in a way that competes with or substitutes for the original work.
