Privacy Collection Statement

We collect your personal information - your name, email (preferably business) and area of work - to understand how people are using our Services, to protect our website content and IP, and to provide you with critical Website use information.

Authentication is managed through FusionAuth hosted in Australia, and your personal information is stored in HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform that stores personal information on secure servers located in Australia. Frequent users may be contacted directly by us to find out how we might better serve their needs.

You can opt in to receive our newsletters, product/services updates and information related to our services. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us at privacy@id.com.au.

ID Consulting Pty Ltd ACN 084 054 473 (trading as ".id", "we", "our" or "us") collects and handles personal information through our website id.com.au and related online services. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect different types of personal information depending on how you interact with us.

  • All users: we use Google Analytics and other web monitoring services to track anonymised usage.
  • Frequent users: Registered Users who visit and use our Website frequently may be contacted directly by us to find out how we might better serve their needs.
  • Registered users: we request contact details such as name and email to continue using the services.

  • respond to enquiries and provide support
