I've spent most of my career across: higher education, health and now local government, and the common thread has always been helping people deliver things that genuinely matter to their communities.

As Informed Decisions' Victorian and Tasmanian Client Services Lead, I'm here to help councils get the most from their evidence base. That means connecting the right solution or expert to the work in front of you, whether that's a council plan, a housing strategy or an advocacy case.

I believe strong relationships are built through a series of conversations, working towards shared goals together. That's what drew me to Informed Decisions: a place where long-term partnerships with councils are the whole point, not a by-product.
