The role
This new role will be part of the central Marketing team supporting the delivery of campaigns and content across the three core marketing functions, Brand, Demand and Expand.
You will work closely with senior marketers to execute campaign activity, support creative production, manage digital tools and ensure campaign workflows run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn fast, develop core capabilities in a variety of disciplines and develop a solid foundation in B2B marketing within a purpose-led organisation.
You will thrive if you are curious, organised and proactive. This role is suited to a problem solver who can take direction but also spot opportunities to make things better without waiting to be told.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads and events
- Build and send EDMs, including automations and personalisations
- Coordinate social publishing
- Coordinate webinar logistics (Zoom setup, registration, reminders and reporting)
- Assist with conference and event administration including supplier bookings, asset coordination and logistics
Creative and Content
- Create and edit simple assets using Canva (graphics, short videos, social visuals within our templates)
- Assist in preparing print and design briefs
- Support copywriting for social media, newsletters and web updates
- Collaborate on content calendar planning in Notion
Analytics and Reporting
- Support setup and tracking through HubSpot workflows, Google Tag Manager, GA4 and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Support data collection and analysis across campaign performance metrics
- Use Excel, Datawrapper and other tools to collate insights and present results
- Maintain dashboards and performance summaries for team reviews
Systems and Processes
- Maintain campaign workflows and documentation in Notion
- Help manage marketing automation and data hygiene in HubSpot.
- Learn and apply marketing process best practices for efficiency and scalability
About you
- Some experience in marketing coordination, campaign support or a related role (internship or junior-level experience welcome, we are most interested in your growth mindset and desire to learn and build)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Able to move fast, follow processes and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Valued Skills
- Canva or Adobe Suite for graphic and video editing
- HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo familiarity, especially workflows and marketing automation
- Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Google Search Console knowledge
- Data analysis skills (Excel, Datawrapper)
- Social publishing and content management experience via Wordpress or another CMS
- Understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT to support copy or analytics tasks
